“Creede Repertory Theatre productions open my mind, touch my heart and make me laugh! They are incredibly entertaining. An opportunity to help this organization grow is priceless.”
-Mary Sculley, Former CRT Board President
There are plenty of ways you can support CRT-whether to keep our current productions running, or to increase the impact of our future programming. You can make a difference through Individual Giving, planning a Future Contribution, donating to our Endowment Fund, or as part of your everyday Amazon Shopping. However you choose to participate, we’re grateful for your investment in the important work we do. Giving at any level enables CRT to create innovative productions, offer exciting education programs, and continue to be the economic engine for our community.
As a non-profit, nearly 50 percent of our operating budget comes from donor contributions. When you give to the CRT, you play an important role in bringing our artistic dreams and exceptional education programs to life.
Education Programs: CRT’s innovative and engaging education programs have made an impact on hundreds of thousands of students of all ages. Your gift will help these important programs grow.
Young Audience Outreach Tour: Your gift to CRT’s Young Audience Outreach Tour helps bring professional theatre to young people in rural Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Utah. For some of them, it is the only theatre they’re able to see!
General Operating Support: A general gift to CRT will be used where it is most needed, making professional theatre in the San Juan Mountains possible.
Production Support: Nationally recognized for artistic excellence, CRT produces nine plays and employs over 90 company members each season. From costumes to set pieces to lights, production gifts bring life to everything you see on stage.
New Work: CRT is committed to fostering playwrights and producing exciting new work. Support the Headwaters New Play Development Program with a gift today.
Honorary or Memorial Gift: An honorary or memorial gift to CRT is a perfect way to acknowledge and celebrate a friend or loved one. Once received, a personalized note will be sent to the honoree or family member notifying them of your kind gesture.
Enterprise Zone: In order to encourage support from individuals and businesses, the State of Colorado offers those who make a gift to the CRT a 25% tax credit on every donation of $100 or more. Contact Graham Ward with any questions about Enterprise Zone at (719) 658-5420 ext. 231.
We are proud to have earned a 4-star rating from Charity Navigator. This highest possible rating is awarded to non-profits that exceed industry standards and execute their missions with financial efficiency and exceptional trustworthiness.

The future is in your hands!
Creede Repertory Theatre’s endowment fund is designed to provide a resource that will help the theatre thrive for years to come. We invite you to join us in this effort.
Building an endowment is an essential step toward establishing CRT as a long-term refuge for theatre artists and theatre patrons alike. We hope to extend our reach and deepen the impact of our programs without losing the beautifully intimate connection that has existed among artists and patrons since day one.
Your endowment gift will join with others to form a carefully invested financial bedrock that will continue to expand for years to come.
