My Name is Gideon, I’m Probably Going to Die Eventually
Tue, July 24 @ 7:30 pm
After performing in over 600 homes through New Zealand, USA, Canada, England, Scotland, Germany, Nepal, Australia and Japan Gideon Irving, is bringing his new home-show to CRT! Proceeds from the show will benefit the theatre!
After 10 home-show tours, 2 Edinburgh Fringe runs in Scotland (2015,2016) and a sold out off-broadway run at NYC’s Rattlestick Theater he has been featured in the The New Yorker, Time Out, Vice, The New York Times, The Atlantic, Huffington Post, Mumble, BBC and several others.
He describes his performance as “Stove Top Folk”, when pressed further he describes Stove Top Folk as “a bit of this and some of that.” To learn more about Gideon check out his website below or you could come to the show knowing very little cause you are a brave soul and want to be surprised and then you could check out links and vids. Also it’s possible that you check out the links and are still brave. Everything is possible, except Gideon enjoying pickles. Disgusting. That won’t happen. He hates them. To be clear pickled things are real good just classic pickles of the cucumber kind he can’t deal with. He is me. I wrote this. I am Gideon. Hello.
