As an actor and consummate crooner, Sean Thompson performed in CRT’s 2014 and 2015 repertory seasons. His regional theatre career spans across seven states and has featured everything from Shakespeare to musical theatre, from contemporary drama to—thanks to Boomtown—improv comedy. Most recently, he appeared in Sunset Boulevard on Broadway. Other recent credits include Sky Masterson in Guys & Dolls, Frank Butler in Annie Get Your Gun, Steve in August: Osage County (CRT), Enjolras in Les Miserables and Carl in Ghost: The Musical (The Media Theatre). Sean’s first CRT production, The Last Romance, garnered him recognition as the ‘Best Supporting Actor in a Drama’ from Denver’s Theatre Colorado in 2014, and he was nominated as ‘Best Actor in a Musical’ at Denver’s Henry Awards for his portrayal of Sky Masterson in the 2015 production of Guys & Dolls.
